Shiwalay Infra Projects Pvt. Ltd. (Shiwalay Infra) was established on 3rd June 2016. This new
Company has the same management team as that of “Shiwalay Enterprise” (which was a
Proprietary Concern) and it was subsequently converted into a Private Limited Company under
the name of Shiwalay Infra Projects Pvt. Ltd. and it has taken over “M/s Shiwalay Enterprise”
along with all its assets and liabilities.
